Energy drinks are steadily making their way
into our everyday lifestyles, universally across the age groups, people
consume looking for a quick-fix energy replacement to get through the
day. But how much do we really know about them?
In the project I’ll be looking at the way these highly caffeinated beverages can affect us and what our habitual consumption is doing to our bodies. We’ll be speaking to people who have troubled relationships with caffeine all the way, counting the amount of caffeine in your everyday food and drink, finding alternatives to energy drinks and mapping your consumption.
